Aiseesoft iPhone Transfer is a utility that lets you transfer data between your iPhone and your PC. It can be used to copy your music, movies, ringtones and photos back to your PC without syncing with iTunes. This is useful when you are not on your main PC and you can't authorize another computer using iTunes.
When your iPhone is detected, the application will display a very brief summary that includes the name of the device, version of iOS installed, type, serial number and the space used in movies, photos, music, etc. It will also show how much space is free.
The graphical user interface is divided into two panes. The one on the left shows all the connected devices, and the types of files that you can transfer. When you click on one of these categories, the right pane will list all the files hosted on your device. You can simply check files to copy them.
If you want to copy a device to your iPhone, you simply need to click on the "Import" button. Then, you will be asked which files you want to import.
Aiseesoft iPhone Transfer has one major advantage and one major disadvantage over similar applications. The great aspect is that it comes with a DVD ripper, a video/audio converter and a ringtone maker. But it doesn't let you transfer all the files on your phone. You can't transfer books, iTunes U content, SMSs, contact information, etc.
